BA DRILL TECH SDN. BHD. is based in Kuching and focuses on industrial technology & operations.
Who we are
A focused resource for practical decisions.
We help organizations make sense of operational and technology questions without beginning from a predetermined answer. Work starts by understanding what matters, who is affected, and what conditions must be respected.
Our approach favors clear language, visible assumptions, manageable stages, and useful documentation. Recommendations and services are always shaped through direct discovery and a confirmed written scope.
Principles
How we approach the work.
Make choices legible
Explain assumptions, alternatives, dependencies, and tradeoffs in direct language.
Plan for continuity
Consider ownership, documentation, support, security, and change from the beginning.
